Sail Boat Alley
Rumor has it that a sail boat sank at the mouth of Sail Boat Alley years ago and you can see the top of it during a low tide. Boaters make a wide turn into the mouth of Sail Boat Alley staying clear of hitting any old boat wreckage.
Enter from the East channel and fish the edges of the shoreline. Redfish, Speckled Trout and Black Drum are species you catch in the aera. At the end of Sail Boat Alley is a flats area called grass tidal flats. Sail Boat Alley is a Great fishing spot to tryout as you plan out your day.
You can actually fish from the shore at the mouth of Sail Boat Alley. From Hwy 361 pull off on the dirt roads near Sail Boat Alley, pull up a chair and enjoy the outdoors. The map on the left side will help you navigate to this area.
